We've pledged to raise money for Give Kids The World Village, a nonprofit resort that provides dream vacations to critically ill kids and their families.

For children whose lives become overwhelmed by doctor appointments, hospital stays, and medical procedures, the time to laugh and enjoy time together means everything.

Give Kids The World Village is an 84-acre, nonprofit "storybook" resort in Central Florida. Children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free vacations, complete with accommodations, donated attraction tickets, meals and more. Saturday, July 31 Join Or Donate To Our ACE Cares Team Coasting for Kids Summer Olympics Coasting for Kids is a fundraising program that enables participants to experience the thrill and excitement of their favorite local theme parks while giving back. New for 2021, visitors to Six Flags Over Texas can take part in a unique Summer Olympics-style event featuring four thrilling challenges. How It Works To participate, follow these simple steps: -Register online and create your personal fundraising page. Share your page with friends and family through social media. -Raise a minimum of $100 for Give Kids The World to receive FREE PARK ADMISSION, parking, lunch, Coasting for Kids t-shirt plus more! -Coast through your favorite park and compete in up to four challenges throughout the day – with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded. No pre-registration is required. Six Flags Over Texas Olympic Events Cross Country Challenge Competitors will buckle in for the ultimate roller coaster distance riding event! Six Flags Over Texas will provide the track length of their roller coasters, and participants will feel the thrill and exhilaration as they attempt to ride the distance of a 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon. Dark Ride Dash Participants will compete for the high score on JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle for Metropolis. Mental Gymnastics Guests will test their knowledge of the theme park in a trivia contest held during lunch within a game show setting. Midway Game Triatholon Participants will compete for the high cumulative score on a set of select midway games. Schedule for Saturday, July 31 8:30am – Check in opens 9:15am – Opening ceremony 9:30am – Cross Country Challenge: Coaster Exclusive Ride Time 11:00am – Park opens 11:00am – Dark Ride Dash: JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle for Metropolis 12:30pm – Lunch at Picnic Grove 1:00pm – Mental Gymnastics: Trivia while guests are eating 2:30pm – Midway Game Triathlon
