BeachCon 2019

Our BeachCon event was held on Sunday, September 1st at Schlitterbahn South Padre Island. We had 40 members and guests in attendance at this event.

The event started with check in, the receiving of our wristbands and a pre event social with food and beverages on the night before the event. The park surprised us with a free t-shirt for each attendee. Park management was on hand to welcome the group and discuss the changes going on at the park.

On Sunday morning, we met at the rooftop party area,Sea4Ever for breakfast, announcements, and a group photo. Before the park opened, we were escorted into the park for ERT on the major slides.

Once the park opened to the public, we were free to enjoy the park until dinner. The park had dinner for us in their upscale restaurant, Shrimp Haus. A feast of Shrimp, potatoes, vegetables, salad bar, and drinks (soft and not) were available.

After dinner, we received an hour of ERT on the Boogie Bahn and Soaring Eagle attractions.
